In this workshop, I propose to make accessible the main discoveries in neuroscience, epigenetics and microbiology that enable us to better understand the links between our body, our brain, our emotions, our family history and our disorders. But also to discover the keys to rapid, deep and lasting internal transformation, without suffering.
