Who am I ?

Scientific background
I hold a PhD in Medical Ethics* from the Université Paris Descartes - Paris 5 in biological anthropology, specializing in paleomedicine/paleopathology. At Paris Saclay University, I study the evolution of our biology and pathologies through time and space. My work focuses in particular on the microbiome, a key factor in physical and mental health.
Within this scientific research framework, I have worked as a Temporary Teaching and Research Associate at the Collège de France (Paris), as a Research Assistant in the Anthropology Department at McMaster University (ON, Canada) and as a researcher at the Université de Versailles-Saint-Quentin Paris-Saclay, collaborating with organizations such as the Institut Pasteur, the Musée National d'Histoire Naturelle (Paris) and Paris hospitals.
Therapeutic training
Trained in MOSAIC® therapy (Alternate Eye Movement and Bilateral Stimulation for Cerebral Integration), a brief, integrative approach co-created in 2019 by Dr. Stéphanie Khalfa, CNRS researcher, EMDR therapist and clinical psychologist.
Therapeutic approach
Suffering is not a prerequisite for getting better. A gentle approach, focused on brief, targeted interventions, respectful of each person's rhythm and above all positive, will be far more effective. I accompany each person through an in-depth transformation, without having to relive the pain of the past. By mobilizing the resources of the body and brain, this approach aims to activate natural plasticity mechanisms and anchor lasting inner changes that will be seen on the outside.
Who am I not?
My approach does not replace medical or psychotherapeutic treatment when necessary. I am not a doctor, psychiatrist or clinical psychologist. I don't make diagnoses or suggest medical treatments. I don't promise miracle solutions or instant healing, and I'm not involved in esotericism or anything disconnected from scientific rigor.
My practice is based on a dual expertise, at the crossroads of academic research and therapeutic support, nurtured by a rigorous academic background and certified training in the MOSAIC® method, followed by years of experience in the study of the body and its coping mechanisms.
What I offer is respectful support, based on sound knowledge, attentive listening and deep confidence in ourselves and our natural resources.
*This doctorate is a research diploma, not the Diplôme d'Etat de Docteur en Médecine.
Why do I understand you ?
Suffering from a congenital intestinal malformation and hypothyroidism, I blamed my fluctuating malaise on these pathologies. What's more, I thought my anxiety was simply my personality. So I spent years yo-yoing physically and psychologically (anorexia then weight gain, depression, somatization, hospitalization, OCD, phobia).
Until my father's bereavement pushed my troubles to the next level. That's when I realized that these troubles weren't me, but my pet parasites.
So I took an in-depth look at my life and my story, informed by my academic knowledge and training, to find out who I really am.
