Online Support for Stress and Anxiety
What is Mosaic® therapy ?
Alternate Eye Movement and Bilateral Stimulation for Brain Integration
Neuroscience for Your Mental Well-being
MOSAIC® therapy is a brief, integrative approach co-created in 2019 by Dr. Stéphanie Khalfa, CNRS researcher, EMDR therapist and clinical psychologist.
It's a therapy based on a neural model, via a strategic approach oriented towards solutions and desired bodily sensations. The aim is not to relive the pain of the past, but to reconnect with the resources present in each person, without focusing on the problems or their origin.
This psycho-neurobiological approach uses alternating bilateral stimulation (eye movement, sound or touch) to activate the brain's natural capacities.
These stimulations encourage a better cerebral response and help to bring out concrete solutions for rapidly mobilizing internal resources, which become permanently anchored in the person's life.
MOSAIC® therapy takes us away from the techniques of exposure to painful memories, towards gentler, more pleasant and highly effective sessions.
Wellness doesn't have to involve pain.
